Merry Everything.

Because it's January 1st and because I am a total weirdo, here are the first lines from my first journal entries from every month this past year:

January - I really hate being an idiot.
February - I didn't get to see my teacher on Tuesday like I had hoped.
March - Because it's Ash Wednesday, I have a church story (in which I miss the point of church entirely).
April - I'm back from my weekend thing. It turned out to be much more enjoyable than I had anticipated.
May - I woke up this morning to snow everywhere.
June - I've been listening to Paul Simon all day long.
July - I am here, and I am tired, and my french skills n'est pas bon.
August - I am back from Maine.
September - Goodbye, summer.
October - It looks like Mother Nature and I are both a little confused.
November - I am dying to live in a city, but I think that I would like to spend at least a little bit of my life living in the woods (ideally, this would involve a giant treehouse but I don't think I'd complain if it were just a tiny house on the ground).
December - I want an adventure.

While it's all a little silly and some things are pretty vague, reading through them took me on quite the interesting trip through this past year. Happy 2007, and happy everything else.
