In Which we are Bored and Lazy. Today I woke up really late and then went garage sale-ing (that is a very awkward word)with my dad. It was nice to spend time with my dad...but the garage sales themselves were quite boring. They were full of junk....like junk that no one in their right mind would ever buy. Even Dad thought so. But we looked anyway. Then I drove us uptown for supper. That was fun. I like driving...perhaps a little too much? When I first started, I was so freaked out but now I am getting used to it and I like it. I'm really scared to go fast, though. Like going 60 nearly gives me a heart attack. Last night I discovered this band called Eisley - I really like them. Their music is so different. It's kind of weird, but in a good way. Sometimes they sing about trees. But they aren't like...hippies. I like that their music isn't full of all of that "Oh, I love you so much" garbage that everyone else on the entire planet seems to be singing about. (Not that there is anything wrong with all of that lovey stuff once in awhile...but a change is really nice) I have also been listening to the soundtrack to the movie Amelie a lot. It's all french..it's mostly french accordion-y music (at least, I think it's an accordian. You would recognize it if you heard it. The instrument, I mean. It's very french.) I love that movie so much. I am so bored. Hailey spazzed at 8:10:00 p.m. ***
