The Year of Secret Assignments I woke up at 10:15 this morning, and the first thing I did (after brushing my teeth and washing my face and all of that other mandatory stuff) was read. And I kept on reading ALL DAY LONG. I read on the couch all morning, and when it came time for lunch I read while I boiled water for my pasta, and then I read while I stirred the pasta, and then I read while I ate the pasta. After that I migrated to my parents bedroom, where I read there for a few hours. Then I got reallyreallyreally hot, so I sat in the bathroom against the cool tile and read in there (but only for awhile...I can't occupy the bathroom for long, as we only have one) - when I got kicked out of the bathroom, I went to read in the hallway, which my mom seemed to think was hilarious for reasons I have not figured out yet. And then I had to go to a youth retreat, so I read in the car all the way there. I couldn't read on the way back because it was dark. I'm almost finished my book - I think I'll be done by tonight, which is sad because I just bought it yesterday and it's so good and I want it to last longer. (and it could have lasted longer if I hadn't suddenly been overcome with Obsessive Compulsive Reading Disorder - I do that so pften, when I get a really good book I will read and read and read and read and read until I finish it and then I go through, like, good-book withdrawl). But that's okay- I have another book that I need to finish, so I can work on that next. Hmm...I have officially been fifteen for three days now. I got a digital camera for my birthday and IT IS BOSS. I love it. I don't take the best pictures yet, but I'm working on it. I am also working on....nothing really. I haven't done any new sketches or paintings or anything. I should. I can post some of my sad photography, though. Ready?  EEEk - I hope that worked. Don't laugh. Anyway- that's at a creek near my house. Hailey spazzed at 11:01:00 p.m. ***
